Special Emphasis
Annie Armstrong Easter Offering for North American Missions
The Annie Armstrong Easter Offering® is much more than an offering envelope and an annual missions-giving emphasis. When people give to the offering, they know that 100 percent of their monies will be transformed into missionary salaries and ministry supplies. They know that those missionaries and supplies will help others hear the message of Christ and respond in faith to His salvation. Time and again our missionaries relate how their work is impacted by the offering. They know that behind each penny given, there is a Southern Baptist who believes in what they do and are affirming the need to equip them to share the gospel with those who need a Savior. Visit www.anniearmstrong.com for more information.

World Walk
As Royal Ambassadors participate in a World Walk, they are doing more than just walking to raise money for missions. They are learning how these funds will be used and how important every cent can be when helping to minister to people in all areas of the globe. But first, what is a World Walk? People pledge to pay a specific amount for every lap, mile, and so on that Royal Ambassadors walk. RAs collect pledges and send the money through their local church to the North American or International Mission Boards. Use the World Walk for Missions Pledge Sheet to record pledges.
Plan walks for the fall for the international missions emphasis and for the early spring for the North American emphasis. After a member completes a walk, he is eligible to receive a World Walk patch or the appropriate chevron. Each year, new chevrons can be added to the original World Walk patch. The patch is purchased only once. Yearly chevrons are added each time the requirements are met.
Opportunity Now
Opportunity Now is an ongoing Royal Ambassador project that helps to provide funds for Southern Baptist relief ministry. Royal Ambassadors are encouraged to collect their own weight in aluminum cans, turn them in for recycling, and send the funds to the North American Mission Board, designating the check for Disaster Relief. Each member who contributes $10 or more to the Opportunity Now project may receive a patch. In subsequent years, RAs can earn a chevron for participation in Opportunity Now. Use the Opportunity Now Contribution Record form to submit your contributions to the fund.
World Hunger
The Southern Baptist World Hunger Fund uses 100 percent of all donations for hunger ministry in Jesus' name both in the United States and around the world.
