• 1 red candle
• 6 candleholders
• RA flag
• Table

Preparation:

1. Drape a table with the RA flag.
2. Arrange candles on table.
3. Light the red candle before the service.
4. Dim the lights.
5. Read the script.

• RA leaders stand behind the table facing the audience.
• RAs being commissioned stand facing the table.
